Day 7

We found Nemo!!!!! and he wasnt under the couch.

Today we went snorkelling on Koh Rok. We were taken by speedboat and had two snorkelling spots in the morning.

We jumped in for the first time and saw a tropical fish tank. There were fish everywhere- we saw big purple fish that shimmered green and pink as they swam and little striped yellow and black fish. The coral has been badly damaged by the number of people visiting but the fish were still gorgeous. There were anemones with lots of nemo fish living in them and beautiful coloured clams, some purple and some gry and black tiger striped.

We had lunch on a beach that was like i imagine tropical island to be white sand and water so warm, flat as a pancake stretching our to the horizon (if you just ignored the 100 other people and 10 other boats you could be in a movie of a deserted island). It was very sad to see how much rubbish was left sitting on the ground by inconsiderates, not sure if it's the tourists or the locals but c'mon people pick up your rubbish otherwise it all seems to find its way to Thailand.

One more spot of snorkelling where we saw the triangle shaped yellow and black fish with a pointed spine and some patches of coral before back again.

It was amazing just amazing.
